1. Products & Pricing

We deal in original perfume decants and samples.

All prices are listed in PKR and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept advance payments only via bank transfer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

Customers will receive a confirmation message or email upon successful payment.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance decants), returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the item delivered is incorrect or damaged.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
